Hand-tilled farming is owned and operated by Gregg & Louise Keckler. We are a small fruit & vegetable farm in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. We enjoy growing a variety of small berry fruits, tree fruits, and vegetables. We have 1 greenhouse & 2 tunnels in full production plus laying hens & milking goats.

We spray our fruits and vegetables as needed. We try to use organic methods as much as possible. We use lots of compost and mulch for soil nutrients and weed control. We harvest by hand and plant by hand. We do not use any heavy machinery. We are always looking for ways to control pests by companion planting and soil tests.

We sell our vegetables, fruits and value-added products at two locations and at our farm.
